A journey of transformation, resilience, and environmental impact.
Personal Story and Challenges
Life brings unexpected twists, and in those moments, we discover our true strength and purpose.
My journey took a turn when tragedy struck my life, leading me towards a path of love, compassion,
and meaningful impact in memory of my dear friend.
Journey of Healing
The seeds of my journey were sown after a painful event. To overcome my grief,
I turned to yoga and meditation at the Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore. This healing process led me
to provide food to the needy in memory of my friend and ultimately, to founding an initiative that makes a difference.
Transforming into a Green Path
During my professional journey, I witnessed rampant deforestation. One scorching day, despite drinking
four liters of water, I struggled with thirst. Sitting under a neem tree, I found solace. This experience
inspired me to plant 50 saplings along highways and sparked my mission to restore greenery.
Project Vision
My goal is to plant 10 million native, endangered, and sacred grove tree species along national highways, schools, and government lands. This initiative will restore green cover, create ecological corridors, and promote sustainable livelihoods.
Restoring Native Trees & Community Development
Decades ago, Tamarind trees lined roadsides, providing shade and employment. Modernization replaced them with
ornamental trees, lacking ecological benefits. Our initiative aims to reintroduce native species, supporting
wildlife and local economies.
Nature-Based Learning Centers
We educate children on native trees, organic farming, and mindfulness. Our nature-based learning
centers, planned across cities, will be hubs for environmental education, hands-on workshops, and
cultural awareness.
Empowering Women Through Livelihood Opportunities
Women play a vital role in community development. This project equips self-help groups with the knowledge and resources to cultivate native plants, creating sustainable income opportunities.
Act Now to Protect Marginalized Communities
Climate change disproportionately affects marginalized communities. Immediate action is needed to protect them. Our initiative seeks collaboration with governments, NGOs, and schools to create impactful solutions.
